help with top up

Hi guys,

I’ve recently registered with Revolut and i’m experiencing this problem

Your top-up was declined. Please ensure that the billing address you used when adding your top up card matches the address on your bank account.

I’ve checked that my addressess are the same but i am still getting this message. Can someone help me with this please ?
