Help to recover my money and my account

I have been canceled my account yesterday. I have tried contact the chat service but they answer me to wait. I have tried again today but the only answer after long silence was from the automatic answer machine, to be concise about my problem. But has not answer to my concise question.
Can anyone help me please? Leonardo.
