Help!! Please


I raised a chargeback two months ago as I didn’t receive services for what I had purchased and was still charged to much! I’ve been told this issue would be sorted by today. I have no been told it will be done by 2nd of February then the 5th yesterday I was told the 6th and this evening I am being told the 7th feel like I’m being completely fobbed off! I was spoke to someone from support who told me I needed to talk to another department and he would transfer me I have now been waiting since 2pm yesterday
