Help please

I’ve recently moved house and changed my address on the app but when I try to top up it keeps saying declined because the addresses don’t match. Can anyone advise me on what to do? Thank you so much. :slight_smile:

This is about the billing address of your bank card that you’re using for the top up. Make sure that this card’s billing address within is identical to the billing address your bank has on record. (It’s not about the address that is shown under profile.)

Thank you for this. I just moved house here in the UK four days ago and somehow, or other, my US-based bank had my previous London address as my contact info (even though the card’s billing address has to be a US address).

For now, I’m locked out of my US account (because of too many attempts to verify), but hopefully it will resolve itself in a day’s time.
