HELP PLEASE. Money stuck.

I recently joined Revolut and proceeded to activate my account. I tried twice to send pictures of my passport and myself… and now it’s stuck saying they are reviewing my documents. I’ve tried to contact support with no luck.

I deposited money into my revolute account which I now can’t use… if anyone has any ideas as to how I can fix this problem, the help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks a lot!
