Help locked account


Yesterday night I was trying to help my friend using my Revolut account to get some pounds from euros, since it was important and urgent. I added his debit card to get everything as soon as possible, but when I added his card he account got automatically locked and I still have not been able to use it. The support chat is not even working so I do not know how to talk to anyone. Can anyone please help me with this?

Why is the support chat not working? :confused:
It should be open, although receiving an answer might take up to 12 hours.

Also, if you can’t seem to unlock it soon enough, it might be a wise idea to get in touch with :r: through Twitter :wink:


Thank you for the answer! I contacted the support chat this morning. A guy answered me telling me that he is escalating the issue to the correct team, then I have not received any messages since then. I tried to answer many times but nothing…
