It’s been 24 hours I’m a premium customer and no ones responding to me it seems my in app chat isn’t working?

I’m feeling so much the same. Don’t think ‘Exclusive priority 24/7 customer support’ is a valid benefit for premium customers. Also facebook message works much better than in-app chat.
