HELP !!! Concerned customer

Hi

I am trying to send money - your app asked me to verify my cards which I did, now the app is locked. I spoke to your customer service agent Bryan who said he would escalate it and 20 mins later he isnt replying to any of my me messages. Im really concerned now.

Please help !!
