Help chat blocked, how can I unblock it

While awaiting approval for increasing my top up limit, the help chat seems to be blocked. I got a message saying that I will get a response in 96 hours for my request to increase top up. In the meantime, I have no way to get help with any other topic.
The issue is that I am missing an incoming wire transfer and cannot get any help (as it is blocked) to find out what is going on. What can I do?

I have the same problem here and am a little desperate as I’m abroad and need to get money put. Can anyone please help?

Type in the chat window « resolved » then you can start a new query. Don’t forget to copy the old chat though to reactivate it if you need it
