Has my account been verified or not?

According the app my account is NOT verified and is asking for more docs to be uploaded - for nearly 3 months now.

Also, according to Andreas K via recent Facebook chat my account HAS been verified.

Finally, for the last three months I have been hit with the “fair use policy” (£400 ATM withdrawals per month) and surcharge even though the app states that I am allowed to withdraw £500 per month.

What is going on? Can someone please provide definitive answers for me?

Free up to £200 (or currency equivalent) per calendar month. A 2% fee applies thereafter.

I can assure you, your account been verified. The app probably asks you to increase your top up limits.
