Same here but apparently not the case of everyone
I’ve generally had very positive experiences with the support team. Nevertheless, it once happened that my account got locked for some reason, and I had to wait 10 hours before the support solved my problem. 10 hours during which I couldn’t use my account or my card in any way. If I had been abroad and in need of the service, that would have discouraged me from using Revolut for good.
One thing that could be improved is the ability to track previous conversations with the support, and be able to re-contact a specific person when the problem is not solved or a similar issue arises.
