had to verify again, now top up limit reset :(

Hi there,

was asked to verify my identity again and succeeded after trying a dozen times. However, now I notice that my annual top up limit decreased to 5000 EUR.

I have asked to raise it just three months ago. :frowning:
Hope that this is a bug and can be reversed to the previous limit.

Have you sent them documents showing source of funds? If not- just do it.

I sent them this three months ago and do not want to send them all of this again. Despite their chat has nobody answering anything for the past few hours.
