For exemple work for an US company and want to receive my salary on my revolut account.

most company will probably require you to provide a personal account and not a polled one like revolut’s
At this moment you can have individual account only for EUR (and for GBP, but this can be used only in GB). The rest are pooled and need reference number so using them can be not easy but still possible 
Yes, you can receive third party transfers to your Revolut account. Make sure to top-up in the currency your bank account is held in and use the correct details under More–>Profile–>Account Details.
