Funds Still NOT in account after verification

My account verification finally done after 5 days, got message saying limit been increased etc. The amount is still not showing in my Sterling Account (??), can you please sort out ASAP because i have waited very long time to access these funds due to delay in verification.
I’ve also upgraded to ‘Premium Revolut’ as it said priority support but still not heard anything…
CAn you please get the funds showing into my account ASAP.

How did you topup (which method)? By card or wired transfer?
