Fraudulent Activity - when to expect a response from Revolut????

I know this is a repeated issue on this forum but I’ve had fraudulent activity on my account yesterday and have since blocked the card and ordered a new one. I have been waiting to speak to an online agent for about 20hrs and have tweeted revolut about when to be able to discuss my account being compromised but as yet zip. From anyone else’s experience how long does it take to for them to respond?? I know as it’s not a massive bank then delays are to be expected but almost 24h without acknowledging fraudulent behaviour is pushing it

They are a bit overwhelmed. It is a sad excuse.

When you get a hold of them, it will properly take a few weeks to investigate
