Forgotten Passcode

Hello,

I am trying to access my account but I forgot my password. I am unsure If my current phone number was associated with the account, however my e-mail remained the same.

In order to login using your old mail or number please follow the steps mentioned below :

  1. Open our mobile app
  2. Go to your ‘Profile’ (top left of ‘Home’ screen)
  3. Tap ‘Account’
  4. Tap ‘Personal details’
  5. Tap on your phone number to change it
  6. Enter your new number and verify with a one-time pass code

If the issue still persists and you are unable to login into the app

  1. Open the Revolut app on your mobile device
  2. Dismiss your old phone number login if you’re prompted
  3. Tap ‘Log in’
  4. Tap ‘Lost access to my phone number’
  5. Follow the prompts — you may be asked for a one-time passcode, to take a selfie, or to take a picture of your ID
