Fix your Customer Service or lose customers

Paid up premium member and still told to wait 12 hours for a “live agent” even then they can not answer the question or fix the problem.

Even as a “start up” your customers are what make your business. If you can not offer the Service as advertised, then it will not be long before customers take their money elsewhere.

Best advised to fix this asap before your “start up” stops.
