First transfer from revolut to another bank. Did not add reference. What can I do?

It wasn’t clear where I had to add the reference when making a bank transfer from my revolut account to another account. Now I see the transaction as pending, with not way to cancel it. The chatbot from support says I should click cancel - which is not possible, is it? - and the phone number listed at support says it’s only used for blocking cards.

What can I do in order to cancel this transfer?

Best contact support. Type ‘live agent’ in the support chat function during the opening hours, or contact them on Twitter (@revolutapp) or Facebook.

Yep, that solved it. Had to tell the chatbot to fetch a human :smiley:
