So I have been unable to use my chip and Pin card, have tried multiple terminals at multiple merchants and still no luck, support keep parroting the same answer over and over again, that they can’t see any declined transactions on their system. Anyone else had this issue? Physical card does not work, terminal brings up an error before I even get to type my pin. Help please!
I had a card which worked originally but then failed. replaced it free if charge.
Same case here, did you got any different answer apart that your card has been reset , please give it a try again ?
Got that answer a couple of times until I pressed them, eventually they agreed to send me a new card free of charge, all working now.
