Another month and here I am with another round of FAQs. :eyes:

Issues w/ Top-up Revolut Account

  • Failed Top-up: Sometimes, you might face issues with topping-up with your card. When a card deposit fails, and you are still charged for it, we instantly inform your bank about it. Sometimes it might take your bank up to five days to process our message and update your balance back to its original level. If the 5 days have passed, please feel free to reach out to us.

  • Top-up Pending: If by any chance your card deposit is pending, it means that something didn’t go as expected when it was authorised, so we’re waiting for your bank to respond to the card deposit request. A pending card deposit will eventually get marked as either completed or failed. It shouldn’t take longer than 30 mins for a pending transaction to leave this state.

  • Reverted Top-up: The most common reason for a card deposit to be reverted is a temporary connection issue with your bank. It’s worth checking with your bank to see if they’re currently experiencing any issues with their user authentication systems (3DS). In this case, you shouldn’t be charged. But, if your funds got blocked, it might take your bank up to five working days to process our message and update your balance back to its original level. If you didn’t receive your funds back after five working days, please chat to us.
