Suggestion for info in FAQ & info

  1. Changing phone numbers, Information is a little confusing in that when overseas I like a lot of people to save extortionate roaming charges, buy a local SIM. The article on changing phone numbers doesn’t make it clear if it is necessary to register a temporary phone number or only when there is a permanent change. Would be good to clarify that point.

  2. Somewhere i saw a suggestion about having a spare card, so that if the main one or lost or stolen it can be blocked in the app. and the spare one activated. Fantastic idea. Trouble is I cant find in the app or in any of the FAQ’s how you go about ordering one AFTER the first card has been ordered. I can only find how to order a replacement. An easy way to do this would be great plus clearing information n the FAQ’s
