Failure to Verify Card for First Time

Hi,

I just received my Revolut card a few days ago. I did the verification process to activate it, including uploading my driver’s license, biometric residence permit and a face selfie. The first two times, I received a message mentioning that they are not able to verify. After I did the same thing for the third time, it is still pending until today. I used the support chat, but did not receive any reply. Is there any way to fix this issue?

Make sure your photos are well lit, sharp, readable, not cropped, not altered with Photoshop …

If the photos are all right, you might want to send them via support chat and ask them to verify you manually.

You might want to search this forum for further tips what to do when ID verification is stuck.
