Failed to link my new phone to my account after I lost the old one

I lost my phone and followed this section ( I believe I accidentally created a new account for my new number as every time I open the app it asks for my new PIN (although I did not put my personal data, etc. as I didn’t know that after choosing pin you will get registered).

Can I please get access to my account as I’m travelling to another country today and need to resolve it ASAP. I contacted In-App chat yesterday but still did not get a reply. Thank you.
