Failed bank transfers... and no support from the support team

For a week I can not make a bank transfer to my bank account and I do not get any response from the support team for what reason is. Their response is - “the relevant team investigates, expect an answer soon” … and so one week every they. It’s ridiculous …
I tried to enter the data again, making sure everything was written properly, I tried with my other bank account, the result is the same.
Any suggestions?
