Made the payment as a bank transfer to WizzAir and waited 5 days.
After this time frame the money has been returned to my account, with 25RON less.
Can someone help me with this and refund me with this as I had done my best and always supporting revolut and it’s growth.

I know, that this is not easy to get an agent, but please try- go to in-app chat then type live agent. You can try to catch’em on Twitter too.
Are you sure that it wasn’t Wizz Air who returned the payment? They would have done this if they couldn’t match your payment to a recent booking. RON 25 sounds like an admin fee by the airline for returning the payment. Who is the incoming payment from? There’s a lot of missing information here.
