Exclusive 24/7 support? Really?

I just signed up for premium. One of the drawcard was this promise. I immediately try to do a transfer Have issues. And try the ‘exclusive 24/7 support’ But there is no live agent despite being promised one within 1 minute by the bot. Great start? Is this typical experience of others. It’s about 6am UK time.
