Is the exchange rate on weekdays nights is real time? I mean if there are some closing hours at fx market and after a certain hour the exchange rate is not free for

weekend markup is applied from 00:00.00 Saturday to 23:59.59 Sunday UK time.

What do you mean by “night”? When it’s night in Europe, it’s daytime in Asia. The FX market is a 24-hour market, although some currencies are more liquid than others at particular times of day or night.
the weekend markup operates on UK timezone regardless where the card is used or where/when you sleep.
there is no such thing as a night markup, only weekend.
