Error when sending money to a bank account


Hi there,

Has anyone come across this error: "The transfer could not be completed. Please contact support for more information"
I am trying to transfer some money into a bank account that I have already setup.
I transferred money to this account last week without issues. I have tried a few times without success. Customer Care has not solved the issue so far, they don’t seem to know what to do.
