Error when creating physical card

A french frend created an account, got a virtual card, top up 21 euros, gave its identity but did not get a physical card. I think she made a mistake when creating physical card and that she must remake the procedure from beginning. If she deletes the virtual card will she lose the 21 euros on the account? Is this method efficient to get a physical card. Is asking a spare physical card another solution to the problem?
What is the best method?

Not at all. The funds are in her account, just ask her to delete the virtual card and order a physical cards :slight_smile:
