Error when activating Euro account?

I am a UK citizen and have verified my UK account but when I try to create a EURO account I get the message “We’re sorry, something has gone wrong. Please try later”. What do I do?

Please check if you have the newest revision of the app (4.21 or so). If yes- please try to reinstall the app.
BTW- which OS and which revision of o it?
