Duplicate transactions

Does anyone know if there is an issue with Revolut taking duplicate payments?
I was in a hotel in Seattle last week and paid for one item using my card there (a ticket, not a restaurant item). This was on the 7th. Now this morning I checked my Revolut, and this same payment was taken again today (14th) twice!
Add to the fact that I blocked my card on Saturday ( I left my card on a train), how were these transactions able to be taken? I haven’t stayed at this hotel since the 10th.
Any help appreciated. Support take so long to reply.

Probably they authorised two transaction for one payment. So they will probably revert back the first one.
