I have money locked in my account, refused at an ATM. I have already verified my cards, and now there are no options to use the app. All I get is the screen with a padlock, with the words in the title, and the option for support. Currently in Portugal, wanting to eat and now the live agent is saying they’ll be 6 hours!

Please help!


I am having a similar problem. The card has been locked and keeps saying I am entering the wrong verification details. I’m travelling alone at the moment so really need to get this sorted! The in app support is really no help


All sorted. Twitter response was within the hour and they verified through that. Top service!


I am having the same problem- I verified my cards but on the app screen it just says my account is blocked and I cannot access support
Any tips?
