I want to increase my annual top-up limit but only have student loans are income. What documents would be required for this? Thanks

You can ask the support team in the app, through the More tab of the app, clicking Help, then Chat with us, and then typing live agent.
I guess that they will ask you for a copy of the loan contract (but this is, in the end, a guess) 
As a rule of thumb, any documents that show the origin of your funds are eligible. If you’re transferring your student loan to Revolut via your personal current account, you could show them bank statements with the incoming loan money and additional details that show the granted loan total sum, like @Juliopp suggested.
