Difficulty ordering a standard physical card with Mobile App

New user here, I have registered to the service with great ease and transferred the minimum amount requested in matter of seconds, but when it comes to ordering a standard physical card the app does not allow me to complete the operation. It prompts me to sign up for premium card (and monthly fee service). Anyone else had this issue? I am using Android system

Were you selecting free express delivery? That’s only availabe for premium, therefore the prompt to subscribe. Should work if you select a different shipping option.

Many thanks Frank, it seems so obvious now. I am a bit sleep deprived today and therefore not totally switched on lol…was only focusing on that indication of “free” to the right of that option. All sorted!
