Didn't receive my money

Hi everyone!
I am waiting to receive some money from 2 clients who proved they have paid me on my revolut account almost a month ago already and I still didn’t receive anything.
Did that happen to any of you?
I sent a message to the support but as usual they have a “High demand” and can’t answer.

I’d be grateful to know what’s going to happen next!

You can’t receive money from third parties through wire transfer unless you are from UK and provided them your dedicated Uk sort code from your Revolut account.
