Didn't get my card

I ordered a physical card three weeks ago and still haven’t got it. It was supposed to arrive on June 26. What should I do now?

I tried, but was told to wait and haven’t got any reply yet. Please verify

Same issue with me. I was supposed to get it last week. Same story told to me by support. :frowning:

Hi Larysa, my card also never arrived and the Support feature on my app is not working so I need another way to get in contact to resolve this. What can we do? Thanks.
