Did anyone try to make a bank transfer to ANOTHER PERSON's new Revolut Euro IBAN account?

Did anyone try to make a bank transfer to another person’s new Revolut Euro IBAN account?
I did it on July 18, but Revolut account is still not credited, although my bank says that transfer was successful. I hope Revolut is not blocking transfers to another persons account, as they stated:
"So, with your old IBAN account you could only receive payments to your Revolut account from an account in your own name. Now, you can receive payments from anyone, anywhere, including a salary! Your outgoing transfers will also have your name as the sender."
How to solve this problem ?
