Hi, I have a problem with deposit. I have paid a deposit in the hotel for parking card by my revolut card. I have written to the hotel because I still haven’t received my deposit back. They told me that they unblocked money on 1st of August 2018. Today is the 17th of August and I still didn’t receive my deposit back. I have tried to use in-app support but the chatbot is useless.
