I have a small amount of Euros in cash that I would like to deposit to my Revolut account without converting them in GBP first. Is there a way I could do it using the EURO IBAN number?

I don’t think so. You would need a EUR account in your name to do so.
From the FAQs:
Topping up in EUR/USD:
Currently you can top-up your Revolut account only from a bank account registered in your name. Transfers from third parties, including but not limited to companies, friends & family, will be returned to the sender’s account after deducting processing fees of £5.
and this:
Do you accept cash deposits?
Unfortunately we don’t accept cash deposits to top up your Revolut account. They will be returned to the sender with a processing fee deducted.
