Delay in new account


I applied for a new account in USA over 3 weeks ago but Im still on the waitlist

The email said it would be about 72 hours but I’m now at the point I need to go elsewhere if this cannot be solved

We’re currently in the process of transitioning to a new partner bank in the US, to bring new and improved products and services to our customers there.
