Delay in communicating via the app

Hi.
I have just signed up to get my revolut card. I am having really long delays receiving a response. In my frustration I called the number and have now inadvertently blocked the card. What should I do to get it unblocked or do I need to apply for a new one?

Anyway, undoing that is easy! :smile:
Just open the app, go to the Card section, swipe to the card(s) you locked and click “:snowflake: Unfreeze”

Please tell if it works or not :slight_smile:

In my card section I don’t have anything as my card has not yet arrived with me.

Then please be a bit more relaxed and wait for your card to arrive :wink: Might be your best shot.
