Declined Purchase

My card was declined, yesterday, in two places I commonly use it. Within 5 hours of contacting support it was concluded that my card was faulty and a free replacement was on its way. Impressed by service, my high street bank only guarantees a reply within 24 hours. Thank you Katarzyna.
