Customer support, no answer, help.

Hi i have had a request to speak to an agent on the chat pending for almost a full day.
That s quite frustrating quality of service for a finance provider.
Any idea how to catch their attention?
(I am a premium suscriber but i dont think it changes anything)

Please try messaging them on Twitter or Facebook. I had a similar issue which got resolved fairly quickly when I tried these contact methods
