Been waiting 2 days for a response to a question about my account. I am now on holiday with no way of getting euros other than my Revolut card, which I cannot add funds to, or taking money from an ATM using lloyds card, which will be a rip-off.
Some sort of holding message on the chat would be useful. Rather than left hanging.
Hoping Revolut sorts this. Have high hopes for the company and their project. But without Customer support, they are doomed to fail.
