iam having problems contacting customer support have been waiting over an hour on the app
i need to cancel a transaction…but I cannot acces the transaction on the screen to cancel
my friend cannot access the funds as the are not in his currency
any one any ideas
If the transaction was made during business hours especially if its a wire transfer then they won’t cancel it. If it has happened outside of the business hours and you leave them a message exactly which transaction to cancel they usually see it before the next day starts and cancel this for you.
