Customer support - 5 days silence


I have uploaded a set of documents to increase my verification limits on 6th December and was informed, that it can take 24 hours.
Damn, the same day I was informed on #RevRallyPrague that cryptocurrencies are launching the next day.
And where crypto comes - everything else stops to work properly.
Still no answers, even from RITA. I think, that they ignore me, and it’s a pity. I have gave out 10 Revolut cards away to my friends/colleagues for this week, and I am afraid about not your, but my reputation now.
Please fix it asap. And increase my limits, as well )
