As I can’t get any sense out of the alleged customer services, can someone please answer 2 questions?

Why do they keep sending me 6 figure codes via SMS for no apparent reason?

Why do I need to verify the card I used to top up?

How do I verify said card, as every time I scan it they tell me it’s wrong?

That’s 3 ain’t it?

Oh well, just as well go for broke,

How has this shower managed to survive for so long?

You shouldn’t have received more than one message with a 6digits code.

Verifying your top up card lets us know that the debit card used to add money to your Revolut account is your own. We advice all of customers to do this on the app to help ensure your Revolut experience is as frictionless as possible.

If you cannot verify the card please drop me a direct message with your phone number associated with your account :slight_smile:
