Customer Service Shit!!

I am still waitinf to cancel my transfer!!! Since yesterday. I HAVE SENT THE MONEY TO A GUY THAT has thiefed me and since yesterdqy just 2m after I have done my transfer…No one could help me.

If you sent the payment you won’t be able to do anything until the payment shows as confirmed. You then need to contact support to request a chargeback.

You need to be more specific. Was it a transfer? A card payment?

So then why is the option “I want to cancel my transfer” available? Also, till you don’t see people going mad because of your lack of response…Yo don’t replay?
