currencies cv

We live in Cape Verde but the card do not support the currency of the escudo, cve. The islands of Cape Verde is very populair by tourist, so I think it is a very good idea to start with currency of the Cape Verde escudo.
We need it!

for you.
Incredible Revolut has not found that out.

Great. I think Euros and GBP are widely accepted throughout the islands. Is that correct?

No, only Euros by national banks. It means BCA, Caixa Economica so far as I
know.

Ok I see. Thank you for your effort @atlas much appreciated.

Best,

Andreas K.

Hallo Andreas,
One more question, can I transfer from my CV account to account Revolut??

I hope,

You can transfer but your bank will convert it to one of the base currencies. The rule is that you should top up in the currency that your bank account is held in. For example, if you have a UK bank account make sure you top up in GBP. If you don’t your bank will convert the money for you and charge a huge fee!

I has check it out and the currency I can choice in Euro., not bad I think.
