Crypto unlock queue time

How long is the crypto unlock queue now? How long do we have to wait for it to be unlocked?

It’s been more than two weeks since I clicked on More > Cryptocurrencies but it is still locked on my account.

Yes, I’m running 4.18.1 on iOS. But I believe there is still some wait time before it is unlocked. Just no idea how long…

IMHO you should contact them using in-app chat.

Please try to uninstall the app, reboot phone and install it ones again. Crypto is really unlocked…

The linked blog entry says:

  • Update to the latest version of the app (4.12.) - Download for iOS or Android.
  • Tap on the Cryptocurrencies button in the More tab of the app.
  • Cryptocurrencies will be auto unlocked for you in a few weeks time.

Indeed but it was a few updates ago :slight_smile:
AFAIK there is no need to wait…

Reinstalling the app didn’t help. There is still some wait time after clicking unlock. But I spoke with support and they unlocked it for me as I’d be waiting over two weeks.
